How Ordering Works
Placing an order with Baked & Frosted by Misa is a simple process designed to ensure accuracy and quality. Customers must complete the online order form in full, selecting their desired items, quantities, & preferred pickup date (if applicable).
Once the order form is submitted, payment must be sent within the required timeframe for the order to be reviewed and confirmed. Orders are prepared only after payment has been received. Submitting an order form does not guarantee availability until payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation via text once your order has been accepted.
Please be advised that all baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to: nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Customers with severe allergies should order at their OWN discretion.

Payment Information

All orders require same-day payment to be considered valid.

Payment must be submitted on the same day the order form is completed and no later than 11:59 p.m. • Orders submitted on Saturday must have payment completed by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, as the store is closed on Saturdays.

Orders that are not paid within these timeframes will be automatically canceled without notice.

Orders are NOT considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Any unpaid orders will not be prepared.
Payment information is located on the Google Form. We accept PayPal, Apple Cash & CashApp.
In the notes section on PayPal or CashApp, please be sure to include your Full Name and the date you filled out THIS form so we can match your payment to your order properly.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all payments are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed.
• Customer-initiated cancellations after payment has been submitted are NOT eligible for a refund.
• Orders canceled due to non-payment within the required timeframe are automatically voided.
• Refunds will NOT be issued for orders that are abandoned, canceled after payment, or forfeited due to no-show.
Business Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Baked & Frosted by Misa must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as ingredient shortages, equipment issues, or emergencies), customers WILL be offered a full refund.
All products are handmade and crafted individually. As a result:
• Colors, designs, and overall appearance may vary slightly from photos or descriptions.
• Minor variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
